Brussels police on lookout over metro terror attack threat

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

The Belgian federal police said Wednesday it remained “vigilant” after it received an email Tuesday threatening a terror attack targeting the Brussels underground metro system.“At the moment, we remain very vigilant, as is necessary,” said a spokesperson for the Belgian federal police, in charge of security in metro stations. The police carried out a sweep in the metro during the night, but “found nothing suspicious,” the spokesperson added.According to a spokesperson for the Brussels civil prosecutor — which has taken over the investigation — the risk of a “real attack” is considered “unlikely.”A spokesperson for the Belgian National Crisis Center — charged with organizing the security response in case of a terror attack — said the threat was being evaluated, but confirmed that an attack was unlikely. The threat was picked up by the American embassy in Brussels, which issued a warning to U.S. citizens, recommending they R...

Did Jesus teach about Marriage?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

In Matthew 19: 4-6 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Please read the whole chapter. I often hear many say that Jesus didn’t teach about marriage and use this to justify a sinful lifestyle. Or, that He didn’t say sex outside of marriage was sin, or whatever they want to justify. The list goes on and on. So yes, Jesus did teach about marriage. We can go much deeper into this topic, however my point of this post is to show you, Jesus did teach about marriage. Jesus is God, so you don’t tell everyone what marriage is not, you tell them what marriage is. If you want to look through scripture and do a study on fornication and other sexual sins, yo...

If you do not forgive, you will not be forgiven.

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

I want to talk about something that is completely overlooked by most Churches and Pastors today. That is forgiveness, not so much to do with you being forgiven, most comprehend that Jesus died on the cross and you can be forgiven. However, where most Christians and believers lack is forgiving others and themselves. I tweeted early today this: If Jesus forgives someone, regardless of the type of sin, I will forgive them too. I am not better than my Lord.Lets look at the Lord’s Prayer taken from Matthew chapter 6Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither wi...

If you bless Israel you will be blessed…is that true?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

How many times have you heard prominent preachers say, ‘if you bless Israel you will be blessed’ in reference to the state of Israel, or the Government of that country or the Jews living there now, who openly reject Jesus. Below is the passage they quote to justify this statement, please read it. They often only use the last verse (3) and you will see why once you read the first two. Genesis 12: 1-3 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:  And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.Abram is Abraham, God later named him Abraham in Genesis chapter 17, if you would like to read about that, if you have not already. So where does it say in the ...

Is the modern day state of Israel ‘the Israel of God’?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

Is the modern day state of Israel created in 1948 ‘the Israel of God’? Simply answer, no it is not. It was created by the Rothchild banking system and the United Nations, not God. It is just that simple, God destroyed Biblical Israel in 70 A.D. Am I saying that Israel is not a state or country, no I am not, it is recognized by the world as such, however that does not mean it is Biblical Israel. Does God love the Jews? Yes He does and He wants to see them repent and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The minute you question this you will be accused of being anti-semitic, however nothing could be further from the truth. I want to see the Jews saved and call upon Jesus. The destruction of Jerusalem happened in 70 A.D. in the same generation Jesus was crucified on the cross. Jesus rose from the dead and shortly after His new Church was born, the Holy Ghost was given on Pentecost, and you know the rest of the story detailed in the book of Acts. This was the ushering in o...

Christians must obey government is that really true?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

Many Christians misquote Romans Chapter 13 however I am not going to go into that in dept today other than to say the Higher Power is God, not man. This chapter is often interpreted from the bottom up and not the top down. Many use this as a licence and excuse to do nothing or provide no resistance to governmental overreach, where are the fearless men/woman of God? If the early church had such cowards we would not have the good news of the gospel in this day and age. Act 5: 28-29 ‘Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? And, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men’.This was written at a time when they had no religious rights, no Constitution or Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We need to keep that in mind. We have rights in this country and many churches are just throwing them away...

Calling the Church to pray for the RCMP

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

We need to pray for our RCMP/Police officers they are under great pressure and are getting bombarded from all sides. Lord Jesus we lift up all our RCMP/Police officers to you and their families. We ask you to protect them and watch over them and guide them. We ask you Lord to remind them of why they became a police officer. Give them courage, wisdom and understanding. The rights and freedoms in this country we have all shared and enjoyed in part because these brave officers have upheld them in the past, even when we may not have all agreed. Please Lord open their eyes and help them to understand. Show them the way and lead them in your path of righteousness. Guide their steps and speak to their hearts. Show them that without freedom there is no Canada to defend. They are the keepers of Peace. We ask this prayer in the Name of JesusWill the Church please join me in a big, Amen!

Why is the modern-day Church so pathetic and weak?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

It is very simple the pre-trip rapture false doctrine that was taught in the early 1800s has had catastrophic effects on the Church (it is worth mentioning this doctrine was not taught anywhere in history prior to the 1800s). Even Jesus didn’t know about it, when He was asked about the resurrection He referred to it as the last day, a specific day. Not some secret night snatching that takes place 7 years before His return (or which ever time frame you use).It was popularized by the Scofield reference bible in the early 1900s and took off into the ’70s and ’80s.Regardless of what you believe or have been taught this argument is not edifying to the Church because the false teachings go on and on. However, for this post, I would like to rebuke and address the results of this teaching and how it has effected the Church over the past century. My hope and prayer is to wake some of you up from this false teaching. This teaching has paved the way to an arrogant, self cent...

Are the Covid-19 measures and mandates causing more harm than good or are they justified?

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 03:44:03 GMT

I think it is time we have a real discussion on this topic and answer the hard questions. This question will not be asked on most other sites or mainstream media and we cannot even ask the question on social media as we all know why.How have the Covid-19 mandated measures effected you or your family? It needs to be in the public domain where everyone can have access, many have opted out of social media. Are Covid-19 related mandates such as Isolation, Emergency Orders, Schools, Lock-downs, Masking, etc causing more harm than good? Or, are they justified?
